CCNL Metalmeccanico contractResponsibilities & RequirementsCollect reliable information from skilled colleagues for each required test to prepare new activities with the state-of-the-art methods for the companyPlan, direct, set-up, operate, diagnose, and monitor driveline component and integrated vehicle systems tests and evaluations in laboratory, track or field environmentsDetermine required test instrumentation, data acquisition and test control equipmentProvide direction to lab staff as well as hands on involvement in the installation, set-up, and operation of test automation, instrumentation, data acquisition and support equipment required to perform testsEstablish, follow, and document lab test proceduresDiagnose problems to determine and implement corrective actionInterface effectively with support groups and customers, such as Design Engineering, Materials Engineering, Manufacturing, etc.Collect and analyze test data, use test data to identify trends, problems.Communicate data with others effectively; write formal, technicaltest reportsAssure that tests are correctly scheduled and completed for each project milestoneUnderstand the priorities among the different test required and plan the tests accordingly.Deal with Test Cell Engineers to obtain test room availability with the correct timing.Technical University Graduation (Mechanical Engineering or similar)1+ years of experience workingInterest in agricultural vehiclesGood computer skills with Word, Excel, MS Office suiteWorking knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systemsTeams working attitude and sharing of knowledgesSpecific skills in testingAvailable to travel off-shore (India, Brazil, US, etc.)
