Job Responsibilities：

- 1. Distributor Management:
- Evaluating new distributor candidates and classifying current distributors for optimization or replacement to enhance channel quality.
- Managing credit terms and monitoring pricing compliance to maintain channel health.

- 2.



Distributor Policy Planning and Execution:

- Refining distributor management framework and processes.
- Designing and implementing product promotions, incentive policies, and performance calculation to boost efficiency and sales.

- 3. Channel Strategy Development:

- Developing overseas channel expansion strategies and sales plans aligned with market dynamics and product positioning.

- 4. Channel Maintenance:

- Identifying and mitigating risks in overseas channel expansion, including market and partnership risks.
- Strengthening distributor relationships through improved management and effective channel policies.

Qualifications and Experience：

- 1.Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the European renewable energy industry. Familiarity with the processes of channel development and maintenance in Europe.
- 2.Language Skills: Proficiency in English for effective communication within the company and with distributors. Knowledge of Chinese is a great advantage.
- 3.Technical Skills: Knowledge of MS Office, especially advanced MS Excel skills. Experience with database querying and management is a plus.
- 4.Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Enthusiasm for learning new things, reliability.
- 5.Flexibility: Willingness and ability to travel globally.
