Overview

In this Field Service Engineer role at Cytiva, you will install, qualify, maintain, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair equipment at customer sites. You will represent Cytiva to clients, plan on-site service activities, manage stock and work orders, and participate in sales opportunities and revenue programs. The role is Italy-based (remote), with substantial travel to customer sites, and supports Cytiva’s mission to advance future therapies from discovery to delivery. You will work within the Biotechnology Integrated Solutions – Equipment Services team to deliver impactful, life-science solutions.

Responsabilità

- Install and qualify equipment at customer sites
- Perform preventative maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting
- Repair equipment and address service issues




- Promote service contracts and identify opportunities to expand revenue
- Represent the company to clients and maintain professional relationships
- Plan and execute service activities at customer sites
- Manage own stock and work orders
- Participate in sales opportunities and support revenue programs

Requisiti fondamentali

- Education: Majored in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer, Electronic or Automation or equivalent field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Very good mechanical and electrical skills, troubleshooting experience
- English language proficiency
- Willingness to travel approximately 70% (onsite visits and overnights)
