Overview

In this role you will deliver technical support and expertise to customers within Honeywell's Industrial Automation unit. You will troubleshoot issues, ensure successful solution implementation, and help drive customer satisfaction. You will work with cross-functional teams to implement solutions, train customers and fellow engineers, and stay current with industry trends. This position offers a chance to impact safety, efficiency, and productivity for diverse industrial environments and to contribute to Honeywell's mission of safer, smarter operations.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (science, technology, engineering, mathematics)
- 2–3 years of proven field service engineering experience in gas detection
- Strong knowledge of gas detection instruments and Industrial Automation technologies
- Experience in project management and execution
- Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships
- Fluent in English and Italian
