Overview In this role you act as the technical authority for analyzing Power product data to boost performance and reliability. You will partner with engineering, product management, and service teams to ensure data accuracy and deliver remediation and insights. You’ll drive NPDI activities, define telemetry needs, and validate monitoring for new Power products as they enter Digital Services platforms.

This position emphasizes shaping product design, improving serviceability, and enabling seamless digital integration across Vertiv’s portfolio. The role is remote with occasional travel and global collaboration, offering a chance to influence digital power management at scale.

Responsabilità

- Analyze parametric, telemetric, diagnostic, and alarm data to drive performance and reliability improvements.
- Collaborate with engineering, product management, technical support, and field service to validate data, troubleshoot issues, and implement remediation strategies.
- Define telemetry requirements and ensure monitoring readiness during NPDI and product releases (SNMP/MODBUS data models).
- Contribute to design reviews to embed serviceability, observability, and digital integration in new designs.
- Lead onboarding of new products into Digital Services platforms (data integration, alarm validation, dashboards).
- Analyze system performance trends and support continuous improvement for reliability and service quality.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards for Digital Services integration of Power products.
- Coordinate with firmware, controls,



and software teams to ensure consistent data exposure across product families.
- Support pilot deployments, beta testing, and early field validation with feedback-driven actions.
- Participate in customer engagements, escalations, and strategic projects as needed.

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Five years of technical customer-facing experience in data center or mission-critical environments.
- Strong expertise in Power systems and ability to diagnose complex issues.
- Experience with digital service solutions for monitoring, analysis, and troubleshooting of Power data.
- Proven track record in power system diagnostics, performance analysis, and remediation.
- Experience supporting NPDI activities with engineering and product teams.
- Familiarity with lifecycle processes, design reviews, and validation for digital service readiness.
- Working knowledge of telemetry standards such as SNMP, MODBUS, or API-based data models.
- Experience with cloud-based platforms for data analysis (desirable).
- Understanding of predictive analytics or machine learning concepts (a plus).
- Experience in data center environments (preferred).
- Experience collaborating with global or cross-functional teams (preferred).
