As a Senior Tax Consultant at KPMG in Perugia, you will support clients on Italian and international tax matters and contribute to complex advisory projects. You join a multidisciplinary tax team within a leading professional partnership, helping navigate direct and indirect taxes, M&A-related; taxation, and compliance. Responsabilità

- Analyse domestic direct and indirect taxation issues and provide ongoing client guidance
- Offer opinions on Italian and international tax matters (CFCs, blacklists,



permanent establishments, withholding tax, etc.)
- Assess taxation of extraordinary transactions (mergers, demergers, contributions)
- Conduct tax due diligence
- Ensure tax compliance

Requisiti fondamentali

- 3+ years of experience at Junior or Senior tax specialist level within a Big 4 or top-tier advisory firm
- Master's degree in business or law
- Intention to pursue professional practice as a chartered accountant and/or lawyer
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Strong organizational skills, initiative and problem solving abilities
