On behalf of an international bFashion Brand /b, we are currently looking for an: /p h3Art Director /h3 pAs Art Director, you will be responsible for shaping and protecting the brand's visual identity across all communication channels. /p h3Responsibilities: /h3 ul liEnsure all visual communication aligns with the brand vision, values, and business objectives; /li liOversee all branded materials across Marketing, PR, Content, and Communications; /li liMaintain consistency of the brand's visual identity across all touchpoints, including digital, print, retail, events, advertising, and product packaging; /li liDevelop, implement, and monitor visual guidelines and brand standards; /li liSupport the Creative Director in the development of seasonal campaigns, lookbooks, sales catalogues, events, and other key creative projects; /li liLead the art direction of photo and video shoots, ensuring all creative assets meet the brand's aesthetic and quality standards; /li liOversee the creation and evolution of brand identity assets, including logos, packaging, visual guidelines, and communication materials; /li liLead, mentor,



and inspire the creative communications team, including graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and stylists; /li liDevelop creative concepts through mood boards and storyboards, managing the approval process with all relevant stakeholders; /li liCollaborate closely with internal creative teams to ensure cohesive and impactful visual storytelling across all channels. /li /ul h3Requirements: /h3 ul li6–8 years of proven experience in Art Direction within the Fashion Luxury industry, gained either in an international Fashion House or a creative agency; /li liStrong portfolio demonstrating excellence in visual storytelling, branding, and creative campaign development; /li liPassion for fashion, luxury, lifestyle, contemporary culture, art, and emerging trends; /li liSolid understanding of social media, digital communication, and omnichannel brand experiences; /li liProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Capture, and Keynote; /li liProfessional fluency in both English and Italian. /li /ul pAegis guarantees equal opportunities in accordance with Italian Law 903/77.
