Overview

In this role you lead global Operations Learning Facilitation teams to design, implement and oversee learning programs for Travel Claims and Contact Centre/Sales and Service. You collaborate with stakeholders across regions to align training with business strategy, driving efficiency, customer satisfaction, and quality. You will develop content, oversee delivery, and use data to continuously improve learning outcomes in a tech-enabled, AI-influenced environment.

Responsabilità

- Gather training needs from Operations, Recruitment, Compliance, strategic teams and initiatives
- Design and oversee learning plans to meet business and customer needs
- Coordinate content creation and ensure alignment with objectives and LoB targets
- Define training pathways and skills/competencies for operational excellence
- Managing localization of content with BU Trainers and stakeholders
- Coach and develop a global team of Training Facilitators
- Oversee third-party training providers and their output




- Support and monitor LMS/technology platforms for delivery and tracking
- Plan sessions, logistics, and regional training operations
- Monitor learning hours and HR processes; track KPIs and training impact
- Lead continuous improvement of training content through KPI feedback
- Promote Knowledge Management to improve real-time access to materials
- Communicate vision of Ops L&D; to platforms teams and managers
- Participate in the wider travel learning community to harmonize practices
- Operate in an AI/data analytics-driven environment with data governance and ethics

Requisiti fondamentali

- 7+ years’ experience in L&D; as a trainer
- Experience of leading a team
- Strong knowledge of training environments and regulatory aspects
- Knowledge of creation tools – PowerPoint, Acrobat, Learning Design, Knowledge Management, Slido, Forms
- Strong communication, teamwork and agility
- Proven leadership of high-performing training teams
- Strategic collaboration with senior management and overcoming obstacles
- Focus on customer satisfaction and process efficiency
