Overview

In this Area Manager role, you will lead a Fulfilment Centre area to ensure safe, efficient operations and high-quality service. You’ll drive productivity through process improvements and standardised shift practices, collaborating with management colleagues. You’ll own safety culture, monitor performance, and mentor new managers while delivering impactful, data-informed decisions across your area. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced network that values continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Requisiti fondamentali

- Degree
- Experience in people management
- Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders including peers and leadership
- Experience using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions
- Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English and local language
