In this role you will lead the sourcing strategy for a defined material category, ensuring optimal supplier capacity and aligned quality, sustainability, and innovation objectives. You will collaborate with Compliance to audit supplier performance and maintain a solid supplier base. The position involves cross-functional coordination with Product Development, Planning, and Quality to support new collections and risk management. You will shape contracts, monitor market trends, and drive supplier development to meet brand standards.

Responsabilità
- Define and implement sourcing strategy for the assigned category
- Negotiate framework contracts, prices, and commercial conditions with suppliers
- Assess and monitor supplier production and quality capabilities
- Identify and develop new sourcing opportunities aligned with brand requirements
- Collaborate with Product Development,
Planning, Compliance and Quality teams to ensure alignment with objectives
- Analyze market trends and supply chain risks
- Prepare and conduct supplier performance reviews with the Procurement Manager and other departments
- Ensure purchasing of materials for new collections
Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree in Economics
- 5+ years of experience in Strategic Purchasing, ideally in fashion/luxury
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
- Knowledge of market dynamics related to the assigned category
- Strong command of Excel and Power BI (or equivalent tools)
- English level B2 minimum; French knowledge is considered a plus
