MSC Cruises is seeking a Cyber Security Azure Specialist to join its Cyber Defense team.

Key Accountabilities

-

- Assess, review, and validate security configurations across Microsoft Azure subscriptions, resources, and services.

- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Azure security controls following Microsoft security best practices.

- Review and assess security configurations within Microsoft Entra ID and related Microsoft security services.

- Analyze and improve Conditional Access Policies, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Privileged Identity Management (PIM), and authentication security controls.

- Perform periodic security assessments of Active Directory environments, Domain Controllers, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs).

- Identify security gaps, misconfigurations, excessive privileges, weak security settings, and compliance deviations across cloud and on-premises environments.

- Track remediation activities and report on security posture improvements and risk reduction initiatives.

- Participate in cybersecurity improvement initiatives, security hardening projects, and security posture enhancement programs.

- Contribute to maintaining alignment with Microsoft security best practices, CIS Benchmarks, and organizational security standards.

Qualifications

-

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cyber Security, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Equivalent practical experience may be considered

- 2-3 years of experience in Cyber Security, Cloud Security, Infrastructure Security, or Security Engineering.

- Previous experience in a consulting company is highly preferred.





- Experience working within multinational or complex enterprise environments is considered an advantage.

- Fluent Italian (written and spoken) is mandatory.

- Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

- Ability to coordinate technical remediation activities across multiple teams.

- Strong attention to detail and security-oriented mindset.

In compliance with the applicable pay transparency legislation, the following information is provided regarding the initial compensation foreseen for the position.

Contract

- Type of contract: Permanent

- Hybrid working model: 2 days per week remotely

- Applicable Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL): “Addetti agli uffici ed ai terminals delle società di navigazione che esercitano l’armamento privato” – sez. personale di terra

- Gross annual salary (RAL): between €28.000 – €35.000 gross per year, paid over 14 monthly installments

- Meal vouchers: worth €8 per on-site working day
