Overview

In this role you will lead agile software development efforts for mobile machinery within an international company delivering advanced digital solutions for the industrial sector. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and steer technical discussions to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality outcomes. You contribute to risk management, customer-facing phases, and overall project execution, shaping solutions in a dynamic, global environment. This position offers impact across projects and opportunities to influence embedded and safety-critical systems.

Responsabilità

- Lead (agile) software development projects for mobile machinery
- Coordinate project operations with team members, development partners and suppliers
- Plan and control projects per business processes with ongoing reporting




- Manage risk in project planning and implementation
- Engage with customers during project implementation phases
- Steer technical discussions and make decision-oriented guidance

Requisiti fondamentali

- Strong technical background with proven experience managing highly complex technical projects
- Experience in environments with embedded technologies or similar technical contexts
- Preferably automotive or off-highway sector experience, especially functional safety
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum principles, values, and processes and/or experience as Product Owner
- Good command of English and working autonomy in German
- Strong communication, problem-solving, leadership, and a structured, goal-oriented approach
