Responsabilità

- Lead and deliver geotechnical design packages for complex building and infrastructure projects in Italy and internationally
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to develop integrated engineering solutions
- Plan and manage geotechnical investigations, including fieldwork, testing, data interpretation, and ground modelling
- Carry out advanced geotechnical and numerical analyses, producing calculations, drawings, specifications,



and technical reports
- Manage work packages across multiple projects and proposals with quality and timely delivery
- Support and mentor junior colleagues, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture
- Contribute to technical excellence, digital innovation, and knowledge sharing within Arup’s geotechnical community

Requisiti fondamentali

- Master’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering or equivalent
- 5-10 years’ experience in geotechnical design on medium to large-scale projects
- Strong experience in geotechnical and numerical analysis using industry‑standard software
- Solid engineering judgement with excellent planning, organisational, and time‑management skills
- Interest in digital engineering and BIM; experience with 3D modelling or GIS is an advantage
- Proven ability to work effectively in collaborative, multidisciplinary teams
- Fluency in Italian and English
