Overview

In this program you train and rotate across technical sales roles to become a Solutions Engineer. You build AI-enabled technical skills, bridge technical requirements with business value, and grow within a hub-based, mentored environment. The program progresses from immersive bootcamp in Amsterdam to rotations, then a transition to Milan as a SE. You gain certifications and work with cross-functional teams to address customer challenges. This role offers fast-track development in elite technical sales.

Responsabilità

- Participate in bootcamp training and foundational skill-building
- Complete three rotational assignments for real-world technical sales experience
- Design and demonstrate technical solutions for customer challenges
- Collaborate with Associate Sales Representatives to translate requirements into business value




- Develop AI-focused skills using advanced learning platforms
- Transition to a Solutions Engineer role in Milan after the program
- Leverage mentorship from CSAP alumni to guide development

Requisiti fondamentali

- Technical degree (Engineering, CS, STEM) or proven real-world technical curiosity
- Fluent in English and local language of the country
- Legally authorized to work in the country of hire without sponsorship
- Willing to relocate to Amsterdam for the first year
- Up to 2 years of professional experience
