Overview

In this role you will assess customer creditworthiness and support credit risk management to ensure smooth payment processes. You will analyze financial data and monitor risks to support credit decisions within a dynamic, cross-functional team. The position contributes to DKV Mobility’s mission of sustainable mobility by maintaining reliable credit processes. Responsabilità

- Evaluate customer creditworthiness using financial statements and credit reports
- Analyze medium-to-large prospects to support credit decisions
- Monitor credit ratings and identify potential risks
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer financial data
- Manage credit limit exceedances and account blocks per policy




- Monitor customer payments and outstanding amounts
- Handle bank account changes and SEPA mandates
- Support cash collection and debt recovery activities
- Issue credit notes per procedures
- Support fraud monitoring and prevention activities

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a commercial service company
- Knowledge of credit information providers and commercial databases
- Experience reviewing company reports, credit bureau data, and financial documentation
- Familiar with payment monitoring and cash collection
- Familiar with MS Office and MS Dynamics
- Proficiency in English (B1)
- Excellent communication skills
