Overview

In this role you will define and improve the quality standards for complex hardware, firmware, and software. You will work closely with R&D;, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Technical Service to ensure reliable, high-quality product integration. You’ll oversee quality across the product lifecycle and drive customer-impacting improvements. Responsabilità

- Define and champion quality objectives aligned with high-performance standards
- Analyze field, production, and supply chain quality data to generate actionable insights using AI
- Lead prevention activities (DFMEA) and support PFMEA across design and production
- Participate in design reviews and support development of new electronics/components
- Oversee root-cause analysis,



CAPA coordination, and supplier quality management
- Coordinate supplier audits, non-conformances, and process qualifications (APQP, PPAP)
- Support NPI activities, beta testing, and validation with R&D;

Requisiti fondamentali

- Minimum 5 years in quality engineering in electronics/firmware environments
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant engineering/CS fields
- Strong ability to read schematics and debug electronics with lab tools
- Knowledge of PCB assembly, testing, and failure modes
- Experience with APQP, PPAP, 8D, Ishikawa, 5 Whys, FMEA
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ideally IATF 16949 or ISO 13485
- Understanding of CE/UL/CSA cert processes and IEC/EN safety standards
- Data analytics mindset and ability to leverage AI for quality insights
