Overview

In this role you will bridge strategic marketing partnerships with practical sales execution for theatrical releases in Italy. You will collaborate with cinema circuits to translate release strategies into circuit-specific activations while supporting bookings, planning and box office analysis. You’ll coordinate co-op campaigns, assets, and partner relations to maximize attendance and revenue, working closely with the Italy marketing and distribution leadership. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with a clear impact on campaign effectiveness and exhibitors’ collaboration.

Responsabilità

- Develop and maintain relationships with cinema circuit marketing teams to design campaigns for all releases
- Negotiate co-op marketing agreements with circuits including budgets, activations, flighting and deliverables
- Coordinate in-cinema, digital, and on-site promotional activities and co-branded materials
- Produce and deliver circuit-specific marketing assets (standees, posters, digital content)
- Monitor co-op campaign effectiveness and ROI by circuit
- Provide circuit market intelligence to inform marketing and sales negotiations
- Support competitive intelligence across Italy and select international markets




- Analyze correlation between marketing spend, box office, and market share to optimize future campaigns
- Coordinate with International Marketing on extensions of global exhibitor initiatives and materials
- Manage trade marketing budgets and reconcile expenditures with circuits, coordinating with Finance

Requisiti fondamentali

- Experience in theatrical trade marketing, cinema marketing, distribution, or sales in entertainment
- Proven ability to build relationships with cinema circuit marketing teams and exhibitors
- Proven experience negotiating co-operative marketing agreements and managing budgets
- Strong project management with ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Comfort with spreadsheets, databases, sales tools and BI platforms
- Understanding of theatrical exhibition landscape and sales dynamics
- Budget management experience with ROI tracking
- Experience communicating with a range of stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
- Experience coordinating and supporting sales strategies across theatrical releases
