Overview

As Real Estate Manager, you will lead CEVA’s country real estate strategy and transactions, coordinating cross-functional teams to drive value through leases, acquisitions, and site developments. You’ll shape sustainable, cost-efficient facilities while aligning with a cross-border, matrix organization. This role offers visibility across Europe and opportunities to influence the company’s real estate portfolio and environmental footprint.

You will partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver strategic outcomes and growth.

Responsabilità

- Lead country real estate activity and represent CEVA in meetings
- Coordinate and manage new real estate transactions (renewals, acquisitions, relocations, etc.)
- Oversee strategic negotiations and renewals of lease agreements
- Monitor real estate KPIs (cost per sqm, facility management costs, sustainability) and prepare savings budgets
- Track P&L; for each real estate entity and maintain dashboards/market benchmarks




- Manage real estate brokerage activities and subleases; ensure project approvals
- Drive energy-saving and sustainability projects (LEDs, PV Solar) and maintenance coordination
- Lead and mentor FM and Office Managers; participate in recruitment and cross-functional alignment
- Prepare documents for ICAP and support country-level planning and governance

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor in Real Estate
- At least 5 years of commercial or industrial real estate management experience
- Strong negotiation and sourcing knowledge
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of accounting/financial statements
- Knowledge of local markets and real estate sector networks
- Ability to work within a large international matrix organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based/job-specific software
- English language essential
