As a Credit Control Team Lead for Southern Europe, you guide credit risk management and cash collection for Spain, Italy, and France within the EMEA Credit Policy. You lead a multicultural team of eight, collaborating with Commercial, Operations and Logistics to align processes with company goals. You drive improvements in credit management, reporting, and collections to support sustainable cash flow. This role offers impact across a Europe-wide finance function and a chance to shape efficient, compliant controls. You will partner across departments to solve issues and enhance our credit operations.

Responsabilità

- Execute credit risk and cash collection procedures per the EMEA Credit Policy for Southern Europe
- Collaborate to update the EMEA Credit Policy and ensure processes are governed by it
- Oversee weekly Credit Management reporting with NORTH team
- Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and effectiveness
- Lead engagement with Commercial, Operations, Logistics and other stakeholders
- Support and manage a regional team across Spain, France and Italy
- Assist in risk assessment and approval processes for credit limits in SAP S/4HANA
- Monitor overdue accounts, propose payment plans,



and manage collections KPIs
- Ensure accuracy of bad debt provisions for the SOUTH region
- Coordinate with credit collection agency and ASICS Legal department
- Escalate issues as the point of contact for the team in disputes
- Contribute to SAC and Qlik reporting improvements in Accounts Receivable and Credit exposure
- Support S&OE; calls and drive automation projects
- Maintain process descriptions and flows
- Build strong cross-department relationships to act as a business partner

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor in Finance/Accounting or Business Administration
- At least 5 years in a similar role
- At least 2 years in people management, preferably with remote teams
- International credit collection experience
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA; SAP or SAP S/4HANA preferred
- Advanced Excel skills; SAP BI (Analysis for Office) and SAC preferred
- Experience with third-party collection tools (preferred)
- Fluent in English; another European language a plus (Italian, Spanish, French)
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage timelines and prioritize within a team
