As IT&D Manager – Factory, you drive the IT and data-led transformation of the production site, partnering with factory leadership to deploy standardised ways of working and technology. You bridge business needs with IT delivery, ensuring a stable factory IT ecosystem and a smooth user experience. You work across global programmes and local site realities to deliver measurable improvements, with scope across manufacturing, data, and automation domains. This is a hands-on role in a global transformation environment with meaningful impact on production excellence.

Responsabilità

- Activate IT&D; initiatives in factories and lead global programme deployment locally
- Ensure IT&D; services are applied through partners to sites for a strong user experience




- Build and maintain relationships with factory leadership and ensure stakeholder buy-in for transformation
- Monitor support services to factories, coordinate communications, and manage escalations to maintain a healthy IT ecosystem

Requisiti fondamentali

- Degree qualified or equivalent
- Experience in a complex, global organisation; FMCG experience desirable but not essential (4+ years preferred)
- Manufacturing process understanding and proficiency; knowledge of IT Operating Model, Industrial Automation and Industry 4.0
- Project Management and Change Management skills desirable
- Knowledge of key Industrial Automation and Data Analytics systems desirable
