ph3Production Planning Specialist /h3pThe Production Planning Specialist is responsible for planning, coordinating and managing production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements while ensuring the most effective utilization of the company's production capacity. The role also involves inventory management, production monitoring and cross-functional collaboration to support operational excellence and customer satisfaction. /ph3Production Planning Specialist /h3pThe Production Planning Specialist is responsible for planning, coordinating and managing production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements while ensuring the most effective utilization of the company's production capacity. The role also involves inventory management, production monitoring and cross-functional collaboration to support operational excellence and customer satisfaction. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliPrepare, maintain and optimize the master production schedule, considering capacity constraints, demand forecasts, inventory levels and historical trends to achieve targeted lead times and service levels. /liliReview and validate sales orders against forecasted demand and the approved production plan. /liliCoordinate closely with the Customer Service team to provide accurate production status updates and proactively communicate potential delays or issues. /liliDevelop and manage production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders while maximizing manufacturing efficiency. /liliManages inventory levels, schedules and availability of selected item, either manufactured or purchased,



to meet production schedules /liliRelease Manufacturing Orders and monitor their progress throughout the entire production process to ensure compliance with delivery dates and quantities. /liliCollaborate with Production, Purchasing, Logistics and other relevant departments to address material shortages, scheduling conflicts and planning issues. /liliEnsure timely, accurate and effective communication with all stakeholders regarding any factors impacting delivery commitments, product quality or customer satisfaction. /liliContribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing planning accuracy, inventory management and overall supply chain performance. /li /ulh3Required Experience Competencies /h3ulliHigh School Diploma or University Degree, preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field. /lili1 to 3 years of experience in production planning, materials management, supply chain or in an industrial manufacturing environment. /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. /liliAbility to make sound decisions based on available data and operational priorities. /liliExcellent collaboration and interpersonal skills,



with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments. /liliStrong organizational and communication skills. /liliHigh attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet demanding deadlines. /liliCustomer-oriented approach and flexibility in handling a wide range of operational activities. /liliEffective time management and prioritization skills. /liliAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. /liliGood knowledge of English and French, both written and spoken. /li /ulh3Compensation Benefits /h3ulliContract under the Italian Paper and Paperboard Industry Collective Agreement (CCNL Carta e Cartone Industria) /liliIndicative gross annual salary (RAL): €30,000 - €38,000, commensurate with the candidate's experience and competencies. /liliAdditional benefits provided in accordance with company policies and the applicable collective agreement. /li /ulpAhlstrom is a global leader in combining fibers into sustainable specialty materials.
