Overview

In this role you will drive the ongoing development of Technogym’s CRM ecosystem, owning the deployment of digital transformation across the After Sales domain. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead SFDC projects end-to-end, and ensure successful data migration and configuration. You’ll be part of an international rollout, shaping how the organization uses CRM to support customers and operations. This is a hands-on, impact-driven opportunity in a globally distributed IT environment.

Responsabilità

- Drive end-to-end delivery of SFDC projects with HQ IT and vendors
- Validate builds and deployments to ensure quality
- Configure SFDC and perform functional analysis
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and train end-users
- Provide ongoing support and continuous improvement of SFDC solutions
- Collaborate with business teams to define requirements and align solutions with strategic goals




- Support data migration activities during implementations
- Coordinate with functional leaders and subject matter experts in After Sales

Requisiti fondamentali

- 2-3 years of CRM implementation experience
- Knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) configuration; certification is a plus
- Familiarity with SAP SD/MM and ServiceMax is a plus
- Experience with Agile methodology and Jira
- Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and Excel proficiency
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to train users, work cross-functionally, and manage tasks independently
