Overview

As Process Manufacturing Engineer II, you ensure reliable facility infrastructure and production equipment within a manufacturing setting. You lead the maintenance team to minimize downtime while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance. You drive continuous improvement and sustainability initiatives to support operational excellence.

The role sits at the intersection of engineering, maintenance, and EHS, delivering reliable facilities that enable production targets. You will collaborate across functions to enable scalable, efficient operations.

Responsabilità

- Lead and develop the maintenance team for high performance and technical expertise
- Plan, implement and drive a maintenance program to minimize production downtime
- Oversee maintenance and repair of facility systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, structural) and equipment (waste water treatment, filling lines, osmosis, printing, air handling)
- Plan preventive maintenance schedules and respond to production breakdowns following SOPs
- Document repairs and maintain accurate facility records




- Manage facility improvement projects (renovations, expansions, equipment installations) with cross-functional coordination
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations (building codes, safety, environmental) per EHS guidance
- Prepare and manage facility budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency and sustainability in the facility

Requisiti fondamentali

- Proven experience in facility and maintenance engineering within a manufacturing environment
- Proven experience in team leadership and project management
- Experience with Capital Improvement projects
- Experience with EPA, OSHA, FDA, and MDSAP compliance
- Strong technical problem-solving abilities
- Experience with Lean methodologies
- Experience managing a maintenance team
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent English
