Overview

In this role you will support commercial operations across the EMEA region, ensuring accurate execution of quote and pricing processes and maintaining data quality. You will collaborate with Insights, Pricing, Tender & Contracts, Customer Services, Finance and Sales to drive reporting, master data management, and issue resolution. The position offers the chance to impact revenue clarity and process efficiency in a healthcare-focused company. You will work across multiple systems to enable compliant and timely tender, contract and pricing activities. This is a hands-on, data-driven role with a strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and operational excellence.

Responsabilità

- Coordinate master data for customer/distributor and contact data; ensure timely setup and data accuracy
- Resolve customer duplicates with Insights and Operations teams; maintain contact database quality
- Prepare and maintain commercial reports and dashboards across EMEA, including sales, tender, and rebate reporting
- Support back-office quote and contract processes; ensure up-to-date customer master data portal and timely documentation
- Coordinate price discrepancy follow-ups and reimbursement activities; support price increases aligned with contracts




- Provide pricing support for obsolete items and product discontinuations; collaborate with Customer Services, Marketing and MDM
- Manage contract and tender implementations; maintain contracts in the contract management system and assist with in-contract price changes

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor or Master degree in a related discipline
- Fluent in English (verbal and written); additional languages such as French, German, Italian or Dutch are a plus
- Experience in sales analytics, commercial operations, sales support, pricing or tender operations
- Experience supporting cross-functional commercial processes across Insights, Pricing, Tender & Contracts, Finance and Customer Services
- Proven ability to build key relationships in a multi-country/EMEA environment
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g. Oracle), contract management tools (e.g. Model N) and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
- Strong Excel skills; familiarity with Power BI or similar is advantageous
