Corporate reporting manager supports and contributes to the Group consolidation and reporting process, ensuring the correct application of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), the quality and reliability of financial information, and the timely resolution of technical accounting issues. The role acts as a technical reference point for consolidation matters, collaborating with Finance teams across the Group and coordinating activities of other team members to ensure timely and accurate delivery of periodic reporting. /p pCorporate reporting manager is responsible for: /p ul lisupporting and contributing to the consolidation of the financial statements and reports preparation that highlights business finances according to IFRS standards /li licompleting and delivering finance reports on a monthly and quarterly basis, with specific focus on half-year and year-end closings /li lihelping press releases finalization and issuing other ad hoc reports for the board of directors /li lisupporting the subsidiaries in technical and accounting issues to guarantee compliance with IFRS and Group standards /li liensure the quality, completeness, and consistency of financial data received from Group entities,
focusing on accuracy, completeness and compliance with accounting and group standards at Group Level /li /ul h3Key Duties And Responsibilities /h3 ul liPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS, performing consolidation activities, including intercompany eliminations, reconciliations, and variance analysis /li liManage and monitor the Group consolidation closing process /li liPrepare periodic accurate financial reports /li liEnsure the proper application of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) /li liEnsure the quality, completeness, and consistency of financial data received from Group entities /li liSupport subsidiaries with accounting matters /li liAnalyze complex accounting issues and identify appropriate technical solution /li liSupport the implementation of new accounting standards and assess their potential impact on the Group /li liAnalyze the accounting effects deriving from extraordinary operations carried out by the group /li liMonthly review of financial and economic performance of group subsidiaries through actual and budget analysis, performing in-depth analysis of financial, balance sheet, and cash flow variances /li /ul h3Education /h3 pBachelor Economics degree. Master’s degree is a plus. /p h3Specialization /h3 pBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field /p h3Experience /h3 pAt least +4 years of relevant experience. Experience in one of the Big Four is preferred. /p h3Technical Competencies /h3 ul liExcellent IFRS/IAS knowledge /li liSignificant experience in preparing and reviewing consolidated financials (PL/BS/Cash Flows and related details) within multinational organizations and/or audit firms /li liStrong experience with SAP/Oracle/FCCS and consolidation and financial reporting systems /li liGood Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint) /li /ul h3Skills /h3 ul liStrong analytical mindset, attention to detail,
