Overview

In this System Engineering role, you drive avionics system understanding from customer needs to concrete architecture and validation. You will formalize specifications, design the command-and-control architecture, and lead integration, verification and validation activities in collaboration with cross-functional teams. You enable demonstrable, coherent solutions for space missions, balancing performance, cost, and risk. This position offers international exposure within a leading space-industry joint venture and opportunities to grow across technical and leadership paths.

Responsabilità

- Analyze customer needs and translate them into system specifications and architecture
- Formalize specifications and advocate best solution to clients
- Plan and execute integration, verification and validation tests
- Define test plans and procedures for system-level testing




- Ensure coherence of system design, interfaces and performance
- Design the command-and-control system architecture
- Demonstrate the solution to customers

Requisiti fondamentali

- Master's degree in engineering or equivalent
- Experience in software and/or hardware, systems engineering and IVVQ activities
- Ability to understand complex systems and stakeholder interactions
- Experience leading engineering projects or activities
- Familiarity with design-to-cost approaches
- Analytical, structured, and proactive problem-solver
