Coesia operates in 34 countries with 21 different companies and employs over 8,000 people as of 2025. /p h3About the Role /h3 pWe are looking for a new team member to join our Purchasing Department in Bologna with a focus on sourcing custom-designed components (HNB, Maker). /p pThe selected candidate will manage the procurement process, supporting supplier selection, request for quotations, commercial negotiations, and purchase order management. /p pMain responsibilities include:



/p ul liAnalyze internal purchasing needs and manage requests; /li liResearch and select suppliers; /li liRequest and evaluate commercial offers; /li liNegotiate prices and purchasing conditions; /li liIssue purchase orders and monitor deliveries; /li liVerify documentation and support the supplier accounting process; /li liCollaborate with warehouse and quality teams for material inspections; /li liMaintain supplier relationships and evaluate performance. /li /ul h3What You Need to Be Successful /h3 ul liDiploma or Degree (preferably in a technical field as Mechanical, Automation or Automotive Engineering); /li liBetween 5 and 7 years of previous experience in purchasing, focusing on mechanical components; /li liGood knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems; /li liProficiency in English, both written and oral; /li liStrong organizational and negotiation skills, results-oriented and teamwork capabilities; /li liWillingness to travel upon request (10% of the time). /li /ul h3Our Offer /h3 pCompensation for this role includes a base salary starting from EUR 44.400, in line with experience.
