Key Responsibilities Client Support: Manage incoming inquiries from Italian clients via phone, email, and live digital chat using a warm, professional, and solution-driven communication style.

Data Entry: Accurately log profile details, customer inquiries, action steps, and resolution notes inside enterprise CRM databases.
