Responsabilità

- Plan and manage multi-project development programs in a matrix setting
- Monitor milestones, critical tasks and deadlines; analyze deviations
- Organize progress review meetings; track deviation and define recovery plans
- Coordinate cross-functional activities for new product development and launches




- Collect and update cross-functional project progress across development stages
- Produce control reports for timing monitoring and forecasting
- Identify process improvements to reduce time to market

Requisiti fondamentali

- Master in mechanical engineering
- Knowledge of product development processes and structured approaches
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools (Primavera, SmartSheet, MS Project)
- Experience with ERP and PLM systems (SAP, Windchill)
- Familiarity with company processes involving technical information
- Resource optimization skills
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Leadership and excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, analytical and synthesis abilities
