We are a renowned group in the wellness and hospitality sector in Florence. For one of our properties we are looking for, we are looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our Front Office team.
Role Objective
The Front Desk Agent represents the first point of contact for our guests, playing a key role in providing a warm, efficient and personalized welcome. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing check-in and check-out operations, managing reservations and assisting guests throughout their entire stay.

Main Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with professionalism, courtesy and attention.
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide detailed information about the property’s services, the city and local events.
- Manage telephone and online reservations through the property’s management software.
- Keep arrival and departure records up to date.




- Collaborate with other departments to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
- Handle complaints or special requests with quick and effective solutions.
- Ensure that the reception area and information materials are tidy and presentable.

Mandatory Requirements
- High school diploma or degree in tourism/languages (preferred qualification).
- At least 1 year of experience in hotels of the same or higher category.
- Excellent command of English (B2 level or higher).
- Excellent command of French and/or German (B2 level or higher).
- Knowledge of a third foreign language will be considered a plus.
- Familiarity with the main OTA channels and reservation systems.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage stress.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different departments.
