As an Analytical Expert, you will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering innovative analytical strategies that support the development of radioligand drug substances and drug products. Working alongside talented cross-functional teams, you will apply scientific expertise, drive analytical excellence, and contribute to bringing high-quality therapies from development to patients worldwide. /ph3About The Role /h3pbLocation: /b Ivrea, Italy /ppbRelocation Support: /b This role is based in Ivrea, Italy. Novartis is unable to offer relocation support: please only apply if accessible. /ph3Major Accountabilities /h3ulliDesign, execute, interpret, and report analytical studies supporting radioligand therapy development projects. /liliDevelop, validate, transfer, and maintain analytical methods to agreed quality and timeline standards. /liliCoordinate analytical activities and align strategy with cross-functional development project teams. /liliProvide scientific expertise and share analytical best practices across teams and functions. /liliSupport formulation and process development through robust analytical testing and data interpretation. /liliAuthor analytical documentation supporting development, regulatory, and quality requirements. /liliContribute to specification setting and analytical strategy throughout product development stages. /liliSupport analytical method transfers to manufacturing sites and radiopharmacy partners. /li /ulh3Essential Requirements /h3ulliMaster's degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Technology, or a related scientific discipline. /liliMinimum two years of industry experience in analytical chemistry, radiochemistry development, or quality control.



/liliExperience developing and applying analytical methods, including High Performance Liquid Chromatography. /liliKnowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice and quality standards supporting drug development. /liliExperience authoring Chemistry, Manufacturing and Controls documentation for regulatory submissions. /liliStrong problem-solving, decision-making, and scientific technical writing skills. /liliUnderstanding of the safe handling of chemicals, laboratory materials, and equipment. /liliFluent English, both written and spoken is required. /li /ulh3Desirable Skills /h3ulliFluency in Italian would be an advantage. /li /ulh3Benefits And Rewards /h3pAt Novartis, we are committed to reimagining medicine together—and rewarding the people who make it happen. /ppExpected annual base salary range for this position: €33,500 to €62,100. /ppBase salary is determined using gender-neutral criteria such as relevant skills, competencies, and experience, in accordance with Novartis compensation policies, and is reviewed regularly after joining Novartis. /ppIn addition to the base salary, you may be eligible for a performance-based premio, depending on established performance criteria. /ppThe rewards of being part of our team extend far beyond base pay and incentives.
