Generate and convert new business:
Research, prospect, and qualify leads through proactive outreach and database mining to drive group sales and exceed lead generation goals
Build and maintain client relationships:
Serve as the primary contact for assigned market segments,

Develop targeted sales strategies:
Analyze hotel and market trends to create and execute business plans and marketing initiatives that capture demand and meet sales goals
Lead end-to-end sales process:
Prepare proposals, conduct site visits, negotiate terms, and secure contracts tailored to client needs while maximizing revenue
Manage booking details:
