Atlas Copco BLM is seeking an Industrialization Manager to ensure robust product industrialization, strengthen the R&D-Operations; interface, and improve manufacturing readiness before ramp-up. You will drive lean initiatives and digital transformation (PLM, MES) with direct impact on quality, cost and competitiveness.
You will lead and develop the Industrialization team, collaborate with R&D;, Production, Supply Chain and Quality, and report to the Operations Manager.
