we are now looking for a:
Showroom and A&D; Specialist
The brand is seeking a motivated Showroom and A&D; Specialist reporting to Commercial Director.
He /She will be in charge of the supervision of the showroom and the development of contract business in the area of Milan.
Responsibilities:
Maintain the Brand image to the highest standards;
Ensure the Showroom and all displays are neat and tidy;
Assist with stock management and ordering;
Maintain up to date CRM;
Assist any walk-in Clients through consultation, scheming, sample picking;
Create collaboration and tailor made events to increase the company's brand awareness;
Develop contract business through A&D; Clients.
Requirements:




3+ years of experience in showroom context or in a commercial functions within the design industry;
Knowledge of the contract business would be considered a plus;
Strong communication skills and business acumen;
High-end customer service and luxury retail experience, preferably in design industry;
Proficient in MS office;
Fluent Italian and English.
