We are looking for a Mobile Robot Installation Technician (AGV/AMR)
AGBee is a robotics startup developing and manufacturing AGVs and AMRs for industrial applications.
We are building ambitious projects across Europe, and now we need the right person to help bring our robots to life inside our customers' factories.
We are looking for a hands-on technician who can install, configure, test and commission our mobile robots at customer sites.
This is not a job where every day looks the same.
One week you may be testing a new function with our development team.
The next, you may be commissioning an AGV in Germany, France, Spain or somewhere else in Europe.
And yes, sometimes a sensor will refuse to cooperate five minutes before the final test.
That is part of the adventure.
What you will do:
Install and commission AGVs and AMRs at customer sites
Configure routes, stations, missions and vehicle parameters
Test the complete system in real operating conditions
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, software and communication issues
Support integration with customer systems and industrial equipment
Train operators and maintenance teams
Work closely with our hardware, software and project teams
Provide remote and on-site technical support
Collect feedback from the field to help us improve our products
What we are looking for:
Technical education or practical experience in automation, mechatronics, electronics, electrical systems or industrial machinery
Good troubleshooting skills and a practical, problem-solving mindset
Basic knowledge of PLCs, industrial networks,



sensors and automation systems
Confidence working with both hardware and software
Ability to read electrical drawings and technical documentation
Willingness to travel frequently across Europe
A valid driving licence
Ability to work independently and take responsibility at customer sites
A positive attitude with customers and colleagues
Curiosity and the desire to learn new technologies
English is essential.
You must be comfortable speaking with customers, understanding technical discussions and writing clear project reports.
Other European languages are a welcome premio.
Previous experience with AGVs, AMRs or mobile robotics would be excellent, but it is not mandatory.
The right technical attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn are just as important.
