Mundys is seeking an Associate to support M&A; initiatives with significant involvement in international transactions. The role focuses on financial analysis, valuation models, and the preparation of transaction materials, while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
You will work with Finance, Tax, Legal, and Asset Management teams across Italy and abroad, build financial models, assist in due diligence, and prepare presentations for management and governance bodies.
