Duties
- Serve as a primary liaison with command leadership, families, and interagency partners to ensure educational programs meet student needs.
- Develop and implement enterprise-wide engagement strategies by aligning them with DoWEA priorities to strengthen family and community involvement.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the stakeholder engagement program using data-driven metrics to produce reports and recommend improvements.
- Design, plan, and carry out projects, programs, and assignments with limited direct supervision by exercising management control over the work.
