As Supply Chain Manager, you act as the ambassador of Supply Chain within a designated area/ location.



Fully aligned with the Group SC Strategy and initiatives, you translate them into operational plans and supervise their execution. You manage department budget and oversee resource allocation, manpower planning and determine the need for subcontracting activities. You are responsible for monitoring team performance.
Responsibilities
Staffing: ensure that proper resources are allocated to project / operations for your area/location
You partner with Supply Chain Discipline Managers and Project & Operations' management to develop, monitor and implement staffing plans in order to ensure that resources requirements are met for current and future workload needs
You coordinate with other regions to identify mutually beneficial opportunities with regards to staffing needs
Ensure alignment with internal and external stakeholders
You actively engage with department heads to optimize all relevant working relationships
