Develops program marketing plan with strategies, objectives, tactics and budget Conducts market analyses to understand health care financing, organization,



systems and care standards for plan support Initiates market research on economics of care delivery Establishes and executes promotional strategies to support the marketing plan Develops and maintains relationships with health system customers to understand needs Collaborates with internal business unit, marketing and sales to develop and execute the plan

Requisiti fondamentali

Master’s degree with proven marketing leadership in the medical device or healthcare sector Strong cross-functional collaboration experience and deep understanding of the Western European market landscape, especially cardiology and CRM Experience in product launches and developing value propositions for AI-driven healthcare technologies Exceptional leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills in a complex matrix organization Ability to manage large, diverse teams and drive alignment across multiple countries and functions with empathy and efficiency Strategic thinking with track record of long-term marketing planning and execution of tactical campaigns Experience with digital marketing, channel strategy, and sales team collaboration leadership communication stakeholder management digital marketing channel strategy AI-driven healthcare solutions
