**Duties**
- Lead guided tours for groups of varying sizes, ensuring all participants are engaged and informed throughout the experience
- Share detailed knowledge about the history, architecture, and significance of the sites visited
- Answer questions from visitors accurately and enthusiastically, fostering a welcoming environment
- Ensure the safety of all guests during tours by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines
- Manage tour logistics, including timing, route planning, and coordinating with other team members as necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tour equipment and materials before and after each session
- Collect feedback from visitors to improve future tours and customer satisfaction **Job Types**: Full-time, Tempo parziale Pay: €15.00 - €20.00 per hour Work Location: In person
