Your Tasks:

- Investigate, design, and develop high‑voltage electrical equipment using dedicated software tools (SOLIDWORKS, QuickField, …).
- Select electrical and electrotechnical components and materials, ensuring compliance with all applicable technical and safety standards.
- Provide technical support to the production department and to other functions within the plant.
- Provide technical support to customers, both during the offer phase and in the after‑sales stage.
- Prepare preliminary designs and conduct technical and economic feasibility analyses.




- Support and collaborate with the R&D; teams located in other units of the Group.

Requirements:

- Diploma as an electrotechnical/electronic technician or a degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or an equivalent specialization. Other engineering backgrounds may also be considered if supported by adequate experience in the electrotechnical field.
- Proficiency in using technical software such as SOLIDWORKS, as well as SAP and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Italian (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
- Strong ability to work independently, manage project timelines, and apply effective problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within multifunctional and multicultural teams.

- The annual gross salary range for this position is EUR 35.000–40.000. The final compensation package will be aligned with the candidate's qualifications and relevant professional experience.
