Overview

In this role you work within the Growth, Marketing & Sales Practice to help clients achieve marketing-driven profit growth. You will collaborate in small teams on diverse client projects across industries, shaping strategic direction and building marketing and sales capabilities. Expect hands-on problem solving, hypothesis testing, and actionable recommendations. You’ll receive extensive training and mentoring, and global exposure as you accelerate your development as a leader.

Responsabilità

- Collaborate in small teams (3–5 consultants) on client projects
- Gather and process data, formulate and test hypotheses, develop client-ready recommendations
- Help set strategic direction and develop marketing and sales capabilities




- Connect organizations to omni-channel opportunities to drive growth
- Receive training, coaching, and mentorship; participate in career development activities
- Collaborate with colleagues globally and interact with senior leaders and clients

Requisiti fondamentali

- University degree
- Experience in operational or strategic marketing in sectors such as consumer goods, financial services, telecom, pharmaceutics, or consulting focused on growth topics
- Ability to work collaboratively across levels in an organization
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Self-motivation and entrepreneurial spirit
- Strong verbal and written communication in English and local language(s)
- Willingness to travel
