Overview

In this role you will lead industrialization, scale-up and validation of Plant Based and Fruit Fillings products, bridging R&D and Operations to transfer innovations to manufacturing. You will plan trials, support validation of first production runs, and drive continuous improvement, efficiency and product quality. You will collaborate across functions and support site development, while monitoring new ingredients and market trends to share best practices.

Responsabilità

- Lead product industrialization, scale-up and process validation for new products and processes
- Plan, coordinate and execute pilot, factory and industrial trials; support validation of initial production runs
- Develop and optimize Plant Based Solutions through formulation improvements and ingredient validation
- Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Engineering and Product Development to improve efficiency and Right First Time performance
- Support Fruit Fillings development and industrialization projects at Pozzolengo site
- Coordinate product lifecycle activities (master data, BOM, product changes, phase-in/phase-out)




- Prepare and maintain manufacturing instructions, validation reports and specifications per NPD procedures
- Provide technical support to Sales, Marketing and technical advisors during customer projects and trials
- Support root cause analysis, CAPA, complaint investigations with Quality and Operations
- Monitor ingredients, technologies and market trends to promote innovation within the R&D; network

Requisiti fondamentali

- Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Engineering or a related discipline
- 3-5 years of experience in Food R&D;, Process Development, Industrialization or similar
- Strong knowledge of food manufacturing processes, process validation and product industrialization
- Experience with SAP/ERP systems and master data management is an advantage
- Strong project management, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international environments
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent English and Italian
- Curiosity about digital tools, data and AI; ability to learn new systems to improve safety, simplicity and efficiency
