Overview
As Head of Revenue Operations & Growth, Europe, you will lead a best-in-class Sales Operations function to drive predictable, profitable, and scalable growth. You will partner with Sales, Finance, and regional leaders to translate data into actionable insights and align growth priorities with execution. You’ll own governance, planning, and performance management, shaping the Europe Growth Agenda and reporting on opportunities, risks, and trends. This role sits at the center of cross-functional collaboration, driving an integrated operating model and accountable, high-impact business outcomes. Responsabilità
- Establish an EU sales cadence and standardized pipeline framework with stage definitions and benchmarks
- Drive pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and regular business reviews
- Partner with Growth, Industry, Alliances, and Country leaders to accelerate deal progression




- Provide governance for strategic opportunities and ensure resources maximize win rates
- Develop and govern the European performance framework: pipeline, bookings, revenue, profitability, and productivity metrics
- Define and govern sales KPIs, identify performance gaps, and standardize processes across Europe
- Deliver data-driven insights and executive dashboards for leadership decision-making
- Lead annual and quarterly sales planning, territory coverage, quota allocation, and resource deployment
- Oversee European sales incentive strategy aligned to global frameworks and local priorities
- Coordinate cross-functional execution across Sales, Finance, TS Operations, Industry, Alliances, and Marketing
- Build and lead a high-performing European Sales Operations organization and evolve the ITS/TS operating model

Requisiti fondamentali
- Significant leadership experience in Sales/Revenue Operations within a multinational
- Proven track record
