Overview
In this role you drive regional sales growth for Radware’s security and cloud solutions across Italy, Greece and Malta. You will lead a regional team, shape strategic plans, manage budgets and metrics, and partner with marketing and channels to expand presence with C-level and technical buyers. You’ll balance strategic vision with hands-on execution to meet and exceed revenue targets. You’ll operate in a global, security-focused company known for excellence and innovation, contributing to safer digital assets for customers.

Responsabilità
- Oversee day-to-day regional sales activities and execute strategies to hit corporate goals
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop managers; set expectations and incentives; foster a high-performance climate
- Create strategic plans by evaluating technology and financial opportunities and setting objectives
- Define regional plans, budgets, and performance metrics; allocate resources and adjust as needed
- Forecast sales, set annual quotas, and project revenue and profit for existing and new business




- Coordinate cross-functional actions with procurement, production, marketing, field, and technical services
- Enhance company image through collaboration with customers, partners, and industry networks while upholding ethical practices
- Partner with marketing to shape channel activities, marketing plans, and promotions
- Maintain service quality by enforcing organizational standards and controls over expenses
- Manage Italy, Greece & Malta operating expenses and collaborate with corporate HQ on financials
- Keep knowledge current through workshops, publications, networking, and benchmarking best practices

- Extensive experience selling security solutions in Italy, Greece and Malta to C-level and technical buyers with a track record of revenue growth
- Proven experience leading and mentoring a regional sales team and producing successful sales professionals
