Together, our broad portfolio of brands offers a complete range of products to bring great coffee and vending products to our ~10,000 customers — serving consumers across hotels, restaurants, office buildings, public spaces, and more. /ppWe are looking for a bHSE Specialist /b to join our Health, Safety Environment Team. /ppIn this role, you will contribute to ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, supporting the continuous improvement of workplace safety standards and fostering a strong safety culture across the organization. /ppbYour responsibilities will be: /b /pullibHSE Specialist ASPP Activities: /b Coordinate prevention and protection activities, supporting the company in ensuring compliance with Legislative Decree 81/2008 and related regulations. /lilibDocumentation Management: /b Maintain and update HSE documentation, including risk assessments (DVR) and other mandatory records. /lilibTraining Management: /b Coordinate mandatory HSE training programs in compliance with current legislation (Legislative Decree 81/2008 and State-Regions Agreements), working closely with external partners for training delivery and periodic updates. /lilibHealth Surveillance Management: /b Support occupational health surveillance activities, collaborating with the Occupational Physician (Medico Competente) in planning and monitoring medical examinations. /lilibAudits Compliance Monitoring: /b Conduct internal audits and regular inspections to verify compliance with legal requirements, company procedures, and HSE management systems. /lilibCross-Functional Collaboration:
/b Work closely with different departments to promote and integrate safety best practices throughout the organization. /lilibContinuous Improvement: /b Support the development and implementation of initiatives aimed at improving workplace health, safety, and environmental performance. /li /ulpbTo be successful in this role you'll need to have: /b /pulliDegree in Engineering or related fields. /liliQualification as Prevention and Protection Service Officer (ASPP/RSPP Modules A, B and C). /liliAt least 5 years of experience in a similar HSE role, preferably within structured manufacturing organizations. /liliStrong knowledge of Italian health and safety legislation (Legislative Decree 81/2008) and related regulatory frameworks. /liliGood knowledge of HSE management systems according to bISO 45001 /b and bISO 14001 /b standards. /liliExperience in risk assessment and hazard identification processes. /liliStrong organizational skills and attention to detail. /liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels. /liliTeam-oriented mindset with a proactive approach and leadership attitude. /li /ulpbNice to have: /b /pulliPrevious experience in multinational or industrial manufacturing environments. /liliKnowledge of environmental compliance processes and sustainability-related initiatives.
