The successful candidate will be involved in designing custom applications, troubleshooting issues, and supporting users across departments to maximize the system’s efficiency and functionality. As a key contributor, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address development needs, resolve operational challenges, and deliver ERP training to end users in coordination with the HR Training area. You will report to the Head of ICT Digitisation. /p h3Grow Your Skills /h3 ul liDesigning, testing, and debugging software solutions to ensure seamless functionality. /li liCollecting and analysing development requirements from various departments to deliver tailored ERP enhancements. /li liMaintaining and updating existing applications to remain compatible with business needs and technological advancements. /li liEnsuring the smooth operation of the SAP S/4HANA ERP system, critical for supporting administrative and operational processes. /li liTroubleshooting and resolving ERP issues, providing timely solutions to minimize disruptions. /li liAssisting with system upgrades, maintenance activities, and the implementation of new features or modules.



/li liProviding support to ERP users, addressing inquiries and offering technical assistance. /li liCollaborating with the HR Training team to deliver user training sessions on ERP functionalities, ensuring proper usage and adoption across the organization; /li liWorking closely with internal stakeholders to identify process improvements and system optimization opportunities. /li liStaying informed on updates to SAP S/4HANA and recommend enhancements to leverage new functionalities. /li liEnsuring compliance with data integrity and system security standards. /li /ul h3Essential /h3 h3What you'll bring /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance/Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience); /li liMinimum 3 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance, SCM and SRM, including system configuration and user support; /li liIn-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, including configuration, and in‑app customization; /li liStrong understanding of ERP system operations, including financial accounting, procurement, and supply chain modules; /li liExperience with testing, troubleshooting and SAP S/4HANA applications; /li liExcellent command of the English language, both written and spoken; /li liFull professional proficiency in Italian, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
