As a QA Engineer within our Digital Product Innovation team, you'll help bring innovative customer experiences to life in the Albert Heijn app. You'll play a key role in ensuring new mobile features deliver a seamless and reliable experience across iOS and Android. This is how you will reinvent food retail.
- Execute functional, regression, smoke, integration, and exploratory testing for new innovation features within the Albert Heijn app across iOS and Android devices.
- Translate requirements and acceptance criteria into effective test scenarios, proactively identify defects, and document findings in a clear and reproducible manner.
- Investigate issues beyond the user interface by analyzing application logs, API requests and responses, status codes, and payloads to help pinpoint root causes.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers,



and other stakeholders from the refinement stage onward, ensuring quality is embedded throughout the development process rather than treated as a final step.
- Act as a quality advocate within the team, contributing to discussions that improve product reliability, usability, and customer experience.
- Support the delivery of innovative customer-facing features by providing timely feedback and helping teams make informed release decisions.
