Overview
As a Technical Training & Sales Specialist for Bose Luxury in EMEA, you elevate dealer and partner capabilities through advanced training, design guidance, and hands-on support. You act as a trusted advisor to luxury clients, architects, and consultants to drive design decisions and project success. You ensure technical credibility and excellent execution across the end-to-end lifecycle, from design to installation and post-sales support. This role combines engineering rigor with premium client engagement to shape standout luxury experiences.
Responsabilità
- Design and deliver training on product architecture, system design, installation, and calibration
- Lead workshops, certifications, and onboarding programs
- Support scalable training frameworks across EMEA markets
- Assist with system design, product selection, and technical planning for luxury clients
- Engage directly with luxury clients, architects, and consultants to translate solutions into client benefits
- Lead system setup,
calibration, and optimization for flagship installations and events
- Provide post-sales technical support and document best practices
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and external stakeholders to improve dealer success and project conversion
Requisiti fondamentali
- Strong expertise in high-end audio or AV systems
- Experience with system design, installation, and calibration
- Ability to deliver technical training programs
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Experience in luxury or custom installation environments preferred
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Additional European language required; preferably Italian, German, or French
