Overview
In this role you will translate business needs into IT solutions for sales and distribution, collaborating with business and IT partners in a global, cross-functional setting. You will support SAP-focused initiatives, verify requirements, and drive testing and documentation to improve processes. You’ll serve as a point of contact for users and consultants, shaping system improvements within a luxury-brand environment. This is a chance to contribute to scalable IT services in a renowned fashion group.

Responsabilità
- Analyze and translate business requirements to define IT solutions for sales and distribution processes
- Participate in IT Sales and Distribution projects and SAP FMS-related work
- Act as first point of contact for internal requirements, queries, and functional specifications




- Coordinate activities of external consultants and support System Testing and User Acceptance (UAT)
- Create internal documentation and share knowledge with users
- Be the primary reference for system users and AMS
- Report to IT SD Project Manager and propose new system/process improvements

Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree in Computer Science / Engineering / Economics
- Strong knowledge of sales flows
- 4+ years of experience in SAP SD (AFS or FMS environment preferred)
- Knowledge of SAP ABAP is a plus
- Knowledge of SAP SD and MM modules
- Advanced English (spoken and written)
- Passion, Enthusiasm, Curiosity and innovation
- Teamworker and good communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
